Questions about web hosting + email
How do I put my website online?
Upload your files via SFTP, for example with FileZilla. You can find the server name, username and database details in your control panel under Website.

Can I use WordPress?
Yes. With WordPress hosting your package is delivered with WordPress already installed; you do not need to do anything. Read more on the WordPress hosting page.
When does the SSL certificate work?
As soon as your domain points to our web server, we request the certificate automatically. It is usually active within an hour.
Can I keep my own domain?
Yes. You transfer your domain to us with the transfer code from your current provider. The domain stays yours; we set the DNS records for your website and email right away.
Can I read my email on my phone?
Yes. Add your mailbox to the mail app on your phone, in Outlook or in Apple Mail. You can find the settings in your control panel under E-mail. You can also use webmail.
How many mailboxes can I create?
That depends on your package; the number is listed with each package above. You create them yourself in your control panel.
Can I bring my existing email?
Yes. Create the same email addresses with us and move your old mail over. Read how on the Migration help page.
Do I also need a domain name?
Yes, every package comes with a domain name. Register a new one or transfer your domain to us.
