Asking support a question

Do you have a question or does something not work? Ask your question in your control panel. Then we can see straight away which package it is about.

How to ask a question

1. Log in to your control panel and choose Support.
2. Click Nieuwe vraag (new question) and choose the package it is about.
3. Describe your question as precisely as possible. A screenshot often helps: you add it as an attachment.
4. Send your question. You receive a ticket number, and an email as soon as we reply.
