We never take money automatically. You renew your package yourself in your control panel, monthly or yearly. For a yearly package we send you reminders 30, 14, 7 and 3 days before the expiry date.
How to renew
- Log in to your control panel and choose Facturen (invoices).
- Choose whether you want to renew your package for a month or a year.
- Click Verlengen (renew) and pay with Wero or PayPal.
- You receive an invoice by email straight away. You can also find it under Facturen.
If you do not renew in time, we switch off your website and email after the expiry date. Your data is kept: after your payment everything is back on within a few minutes.
