Setting up email in Outlook, Apple Mail or on your phone

You can read your email in any email program: Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or the mail app on your phone. Rather not set anything up? Then use webmail: you open it from your control panel under E-mail.

What do you need?

• Your full email address, for example info@yourcompany.com
• The password of your mailbox
• The server names: you can find them in your control panel under E-mail, at "Instellen in Outlook of op je telefoon" (set up in Outlook or on your phone)

How to set it up

1. Open your email program and choose Add account.
2. Enter your email address and password. Outlook and Apple Mail usually find the settings automatically.
3. If that does not work, choose manual setup and select IMAP.
4. Incoming mail (IMAP): the server from your control panel, port 993, security SSL/TLS.
5. Outgoing mail (SMTP): the server from your control panel, port 587, security STARTTLS.
6. For both, the username is your full email address.
