Do you already have a domain name with another provider? Then you can transfer it to us. You need the transfer code for this (also called authorisation code, token or EPP code).
How to transfer your domain
- First set up your website and mailboxes with us. Read how on the Migration help page.
- Request the transfer code from your current provider. You usually find it in the settings of your domain.
- Order a package and choose Transfer my domain for your domain.
- Enter the transfer code and pay.
- The transfer usually takes a few days. You can see the status in your control panel.
Do not cancel your domain at your old provider: the transfer takes care of that. Only cancel your old package once everything works with us.
